—Kanye West, making a surprise (and shockingly tearful) visit on Jay Leno's first show. Kan was supposed to just perform as the musical guest with Jay-Z and Rihanna, but the regretful dude ended up taking a few über-serious moments to say he's sorry for stealing Taylor Swift's moment last night at the VMAs. Leno dared go so far to ask if West's dearly departed mama would be disappointed in him, leaving Kanye speechless and on the verge of tears for a truly awkward amount of time. Do we forgive him yet because he's finally realized how wrong he was? No way—and neither should Taylor. Sorry, Kan, you're gonna have to live with your King Douche status for a while. You can't just shrug it off less than 24 hours later.
