—One of the myriad producers who works with Dr. Phil, recently accused in a lawsuit of brainwashing and abusing a woman on his show.
The portly doc, who likes to keep tons of sugar-laden snacks for his employees who toil on his healthy-living-style talk fest, has said he is being falsely accused, of course. But, what does he have to say about not being the best leader to work with, we wonder?
