Jenna Fischer Dishes on Office Romance, and the Baby!
Jenna Fischer is hot. We know it. Jim knows it. Roy knew it. And now, apparently Us Weekly knows it cause the mag honored her last night in Hollywood as one of the chosen few for their Hot List. And even better for you Office fans, she gave us some juicy little insight on when Pam's gonna pop and what's up with the "new Jim and Pam."
Also there? Joel McHale and the Glee star who may or may not be his distant cousin.
[Not there? The lovely Eliza Dushku, who left the scene after security wouldn't let her inside the party without the appropriate wristband. Way to kick her when she's down from Dollhouse's cancellation, Us Weekly!]
So what did we learn from Jenna, Joel and Joel's cousin? For starters, that "Jam" baby is going to be here soon?
The Office's Mock-Hanging No Laughing Matter for Mental Health Groups
One could say that Michael Scott hangs himself regularly on The Office. But his latest stunt has more people squirming than usual.
The American Federation for Suicide Prevention was put off by last week's Halloween episode of the Emmy-winning sitcom, in which Steve Carell's character slips a noose around his neck and fakes a hanging to scare a group of young visitors to Dunder-Mifflin's haunted house.
"Kids, just remember, suicide is not the answer. It is the easy way out," Michael reminds them afterward.
Same old delusional Michael, maybe, but a really inappropriate line according to the people whose mission it is to educate about mental illness and prevent others from taking their own lives.

Steve Carell Hits the Clubs for New Film
Caddyshack, Happy Gilmore…Missing Links?
Even if you don't spend all your time watching The Golf Channel, you still have to be pleased Steve Carell has decided to make a comedy set in the world of golf, according to The Hollywood Reporter's Risky Business blog.
Why? Because as those other movies prove, golf can be really, really funny. (The Legend of Bagger Vance, notwithstanding).
Based on a novel by ESPN's Rick Reilly, Missing Links features a foursome who conspire to graduate from their shoddy municipal course—one in which an elevated train passes through—to play at a fancy shmancy local club nearby. Hijinks, we imagine, ensue.
Can't wait to see who accidentally gets hit in the groin first.

Amy Ryan Welcomes an Office Baby
Just because your birth doesn't come complete with a cover shot bidding war or heralded in a gun-jumping Twitter frenzy, that's no reason to feel insecure about your adorableness.
Besides, it's not every baby that can boast one degree of separation from Michael Scott. (Sorry, Sparrow.)
Which is why we're pleased to offer some column inches and congratulations to The Office's Amy Ryan and her fiancé, comedy writer Eric Slovin, who welcomed their first child last week.
Publicist Carrie Gordon confirmed to E! News that the Oscar-nominated actress delivered Georgia Gracie Slovin in New York City on Oct. 15.
Looks like it's gone, baby bump, gone.

The Office Wedding Dance-Off!
You could call it Jim and Pam versus Jill and Kevin, except Jim and Pam didn't dance, unlike Jill and Kevin.
So, maybe you should just call it Dunder Mifflin gets down. Or tries to.
Last night's long-awaited Halpert-Beasley merger on The Office was attended by 9.1 million, per preliminary Nielsen estimates. The highlight of the hourlong episode, non-Meemaw division, was the spoof of this past summer's YouTube hit, "JK Wedding Entrance Dance."
Or, what you could call a spoof within a spoof.

Which Funnyguy Should Get an Emmy?
A loser theoretical physicist, a loser songwriter, a loser middle manager, even a loser TV exec. Seems like Emmy has taken a shine to the socially awkward this year, at least when it comes to funny fellas, so which loser will go home a winner on Sunday?
Lead Actor, Comedy
- Jim Parsons, The Big Bang Theory
- Jemaine Clement, Flight of the Conchords
- Tony Shalhoub, Monk
- Steve Carell, The Office
- Alec Baldwin, 30 Rock
- Charlie Sheen, Two and a Half Men
Our own Hollywood Party Girl Cristina Gibson predicts:
"Jemaine Clement. Sure, all the guys nominated are obviously funny, but only one has a hot Kiwi accent and can write and sing ridiculously funny and clever songs."
What do you say?

But the Office star is making some dreams come true by lending his voice to Speakaboos, an online endeavor that features celebs such as Kelly Ripa, Nick Cannon, Kevin Bacon and others reading children's stories. So not only do you get a story, but a portion of the proceeds go to charity.
So check out J.Kras reading about the adventures of Aladdin. Hot chocolate not included.
John Krasinski Engages Emily Blunt!
Talk about life imitating art.
There must be something in the water over at The Office because not only are Jim Halpert and Pam Beesly finally tying the knot, Jenna Fischer is also prepping to walk down the aisle for a second time, and, to top it all off, John Krasinski is also gearing up to swap vows with lady love Emily Blunt.
Reps for the superprivate pair tell E! News: "We can confirm that John and Emily are engaged."
The couple began dating in November 2009 and have kept much of their romance under wraps, arriving separately to awards shows and spending down-low downtime together in Los Angeles.
Before finding each other, The Devil Wears Prada star dated crooner Michael Bublé for three years, while Krasinski was linked to former Office costar Rashida Jones.
Alright Dunder Mifflin, who's next? If Ryan and Kelly hook up again, are we going to hear about Mindy Kaling and B.J. Novak engagements, too? We can only hope...
