David Letterman's sex scandal may be dominating headlines, but Tina Fey's tales between the sheets was the buzzed-about topic on The Late Show last night.

The host brought up an article from Us Weekly about people who lost their virginity in their 20s. Adriana Lima (27), Chris Martin (22) and Brooke Shields (22) were among them.

And, so was Tina, who admitted to handing in her V-card at age 24.

But, she says, there was a distinct difference between her experience and that of the previously mentioned.

"See, all the other people, that was a choice on their part," the 39-year-old 30 Rocker said. "That one lady's a Victoria's Secret model. She made a choice…[I] couldn't give it away."

Letterman told her "there's nothing wrong with that," and pointed out that the lucky man 15 years ago is now her husband and the father of her child.

"That's just good, Christian values," the Harper's Bazaar covergirl joked. "Or bein' homely."

Apparently, you don't have to be on Tom Cruise's level to trash the careers of your former costars. Just ask Tracy Morgan, who apparently mistook his recent book deal as an invitation to smear his Saturday Night Live cohorts, save, of course, for Tina Fey (even he's not that crazy).

But Morgan went one step further while recording the audiobook version of his forthcoming memoir,  I Am the New Black, putting the brutal in brutal honesty by riffing on his relationship with some of his least favorite costars. Doesn't he know that's what Twitter's for?

"I can remember being on Saturday Night Live and feeling like I was on the bottom of the totem pole," he says in the clip obtained by Gawker. "I could remember when people like Cheri Oteri and Chris Kattan would probably look down upon me. I could remember those two, especially those two, people treating me like I was the invisible guy. Now look where they at. Cheri Oteri, she can't even get arrested. Where's Chris Kattan now?"

Other than costarring alongside Morgan in cable-ready homages to '80s films, that is. Not that Morgan's professional belittling stopped there.

The big winner at Saturday's Creative Arts Emmys?

Sarah Palin. Tina Fey. The bespectacled funnylady's spot-on Saturday Night Live spoofin' of a certain veep wannabe earned her an Emmy for Outstanding Guest Actress, Comedy.

You betcha.

"This would not be possible without Mrs. Palin...[who is] an inspiration to working mothers everywhere," Fey sad as she picked up the prize. She also gave a shout-out to "my parents, who are lifelong Republican, for their patience."

"They thought the first four sketches were very funny and the last two, enough already," said Fey, who can collect more hardware at next weekend's Primetime Emmys.

Meanwhile, all that booty-shaking with Beyoncé and mother-loving with Susan Sarandon paid off for Justin Timberlake...

The season finale of 30 Rock capped a great season with a star-studded "We Are the World" type sing-along featuring Mary J. Blige, Clay Aiken, Sheryl Crow, Adam Levine of Maroon 5, Norah Jones, Cyndi Lauper, two-thirds of the Beastie Boys and all of  Elvis Costello.

Here's one we're having a hard time wrapping our mind grapes around: NBC apparently can't distinguish between actress Tina Fey and fictional 30 Rock character Liz Lemon.

While the former, playing the latter, has managed to bring home nine Emmys, five Golden Globes and countless other awards to the network over the past two years, nobody has clued in the Peacock's marketing wizzes.

In this week's Must-See TV spot hyping the Thursday-night lineup, the announcer (perhaps hepped up on Hatorade) confuses the star for her character, declaring, "Tina gets played in an all new 30 Rock."

That is, after she gets played by NBC's promotions department.

Mark Wahlberg is a Francophile. And, apparently, a Fey-ophile. Not to mention a Carell-ophile.

Wahlberg and James Franco are leading the pack as the latest bold-faced names flocking to the Steve Carell and Tina Fey-starring big-screen comedy Date Night.

According to Variety, Gossip Girl Leighton Meester, rapper Common, Oscar nominee Taraji P. Henson, SNL utility player Kristen Wiig and Jimmi Simpson (aka David Letterman's erstwhile intern Lyle and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia scene-stealer) round out the funnybone-tickling cast.

The all-star flick centers on a married couple, played by the Must-See TV stars, whose dinner and a movie date night goes horribly—and dare we say, comedically—awry when they become the victims of mistaken identity.

To call Carla Collins a firecracker would be an understatement. 

Loud, brash, beautiful, razor-sharp and wildly funny, the former host of Entertainment Now has what some might call “it”. She has so much of “it”, in fact, that the Great White North could no longer contain her. 

The actress and comedian eventually got tired of interviewing celebrities and decided to become one herself. She relocated from Toronto, Ontario to Los Angeles, California in the hopes of making it. Her new show, Carlawood, is a mock-umentary that pokes fun at her adventures in the Golden State. But the show sets itself apart from others of its ilk by having “a lot of heart”. 

“It’s very light,” says Collins. “It’s not mean. You’re not watching some exploitation train wreck. It’s a feel-good show. I’m about as deep as a lunch tray. The show’s not that much deeper. But I think it’s kind of a great show for these times.” 

“Comics shouldn’t leave a rape kit behind,” she continues. “You know, ‘I’m going to come after you and you!’ It doesn’t work for me…I’m a big fan of dark humour but comedy should elevate. Not to sound too altruistic but it’s just that simple of an equation: you want to walk out feeling better than when you came in…I don’t think (cruel humour) gels with the times right now. We have enough stuff going on.” 

South of the border, female comics have been getting their due. Canada has always been a huge exporter of comedians (see: Dan Aykroyd, Jim Carrey, Mike Myers, Russell Peters), but where are our mainstream female comics? Where is Canada’s Tina Fey?

Kathy Griffin may claim to live her Life on the D-List, but one book purveyor thinks she's worth much more than that.

The Emmy-winning comic just signed a deal with Ballantine, an imprint of Random House, to write her memoirs for an advance rumored to be worth more than $2 million.

"Yes, Ballentine did buy Kathy Griffin's book, but we do not confirm advances," the publisher tells E! News.

The New York Observer claims to have three sources close to the deal who say Griffin sold the tell-all at auction for the eye-popping sum.

This isn't the first time a funny lady scored a big book deal. Tina Fey signed one last year for a rumored $5 million-$6 million.

Robert Downey Jr. is a dude getting ready to portray a dude that's animated by another dude.

The Oscar nominee is set to reteam with Tropic Thunder costar Ben Stiller and reigning comedy golden girl Tina Fey for DreamWorks Animation's latest big-screen offering, tentatively titled Master Mind.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, the genre-turning flick will center on a mastermind villain who no longer has purpose in his life after he accidentally kills his superhero nemesis.

It's unclear yet which actor will voice which role, though thanks to Iron Man, Downey is now well versed in the fine art of superheroing.

Actors typically don't want to be typecast. But apparently they don't mind a little repetition.

At points it seemed as if the 15th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards was following the same script as a certain spherical-themed film- and television-honoring award show that took place two weeks ago, but tonight's ceremony did feature a few variations—despite the fact that Slumdog Millionaire, Heath Ledger, Kate Winslet, Mad Men and 30 Rock still won a whole new slew of shiny trophies.

As Slumdog Millionaire continued to bust out of its little-film-that-could shell by winning the evening's final award, Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture, Ledger and Winslet racked up more supporting-actor ammo heading into next month's Academy Awards.

Winslet was honored again for her role as a former concentration camp guard who has a lusty affair with a teenager in The Reader (a role for which she's competing in the Best Actress Oscar race), while Ledger seemingly cemented his Oscar-frontrunner status for his still-resonating performance in The Dark Knight.
