Yay, overeducated hookers!

The sexiest, most depraved storyline on the new Melrose Place is the one where Stephanie Jacobsen's Lauren decides to pay her med-school bills by becoming a high-class call girl.

Now, it's hard out there for a ho, especially one as fundamental ladylike and good-hearted as Lauren, so the Melrose Place bosses kindly just cast someone to show her the prostitution ropes...

Sources tell us exclusively that Kelly Carlson, an actress perhaps best known for playing Kimber Henry on Nip/Tuck, will be playing a madam who eventually entices Lauren to work for her as part of her prostitution ring.
