Friday, 12:34 p.m. PT: It's official. A network spokesperson now confirms to E! News that Fox has canceled the series Do Not Disturb.

Fox's workplace sitcom Do Not Disturb has been canceled. Sources close to the show confirm to me that DND is gone after just three aired episodes, although the official announcement won't come down until next week. A rep for the studio said the show has not been killed—just being preempted on Oct. 1 for an hour of 'Til Death—but an inside source says DND is a goner.

I didn't love the show (did anyone?), but I do very much love Niecy Nash (who hosts Clean House on E!'s sister network, Style) and Jerry O'Connell, and for their sake I wish it had time to gain some traction and improve quality-wise.

What should Niecy and JOC do next? Post in the comments, and cast your cancellation-derby votes in the poll below!
