Kerry Washington is opening up about her and hubby Nnamdi Asomugha's bouncing baby girl!

During an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel's show last night, the super-private Scandal star gushed about her daughter, Isabelle.

"I can't believe you had a baby and you look like this!" Kimmel exclaimed. "It's against the rules!"

"Aw, you're kind. You're such a good friend!" the 37-year-old actress smiled. "You just had a baby!"

"Well, my wife went and had this one," he joked. "Thank you and congratulations as well."

"Your baby's name is Isabelle and mine is Jane," Kimmel noted. "We should swap them and see if our families notice!"

"I heard that your baby is named after your grandmother," Washington continued. "Mine is too! So we could swap them."

Later in the interview, Washington revealed a surprising school history with Gwyneth Paltrow. "I was in an a cappella group in high school," she dished. "It was a nine-girl a cappella singing group, we called ourselves Triple Trio. And when I was in junior high school I really wanted to be in Triple Trio because there was this really amazing senior named Gwyneth Paltrow and she was president of Triple Trio. So I really wanted to be president of Triple Trio one day. And then I was co-president of Triple Trio one day. My shining honor!"
