It's here! It's here! It's finally here!

After far too many McKinley-free months, Glee returns tonight with "Frenemies," an adrenaline-pumping new episode that will feature the best bitch-slap in the series' history. To get all you Gleeks onto the pee-your-pants level of excitement that we're on, we've got exclusive scoop from two of Glee's biggest and brightest stars: Lea Michele and Chris Colfer.

E! News was on the music-filled set Monday afternoon to help celebrate the landmark 100th episode with all of the Fox hit's cast and creators at the amazingly nostalgic bash. After toasting to Glee's success (and enjoying a slushie cupcake!) we caught up with the HummelBerry besties to get all the goods on Kurt and Blaine's (Darren Criss) romantic future, having Dianna Agron back on set and who's packing up for the all-NYC move.

After graduation, prepare to be in a New York state of mind: Michele revealed that she is thrilled that so many of her younger WMHS classmates will be joining Rachel and Kurt in the Big Apple. "It's New York now, we switched locations and high school is done for the rest of the season. So it's me and Chris and Darren and Chord [Overstreet] and Kevin [McHale] in New York and it's so awesome," she said.

And despite all of the noises that come with a big city, Michele teases that it's now surprisingly quiet on set. "It's like totally different and very quiet all of the sudden," the actress explained. "We're like looking around and we're like, 'We're the only people here.' But it's really nice, I love the New York storyline, and I love getting to work with these guys, so it's awesome."

So what's coming up for our newly engaged couple once Blaine makes the big cross-country move? Colfer revealed, "They're very, very young and they're engaged, so they're going through some troubles, as any young engaged couple would, I imagine." Not to worry, Klaine fans! Colfer also revealed that there is "a lot of fun stuff" coming up and we're sure that this couple will just fine.

We can't wait to see all of our original cast members reunited for the special two-part 100th episode event, but out of all the reunions going down, we're most excited to see Quinn and Rachel back together again. Michele gushed that she and Agron had an incredible time together and Faberry fans will be thrilled with the on-screen moments.

"Dianna and I got to do this amazing number," she smiled. "All I'll say is we were at a club, there was foam, Gwyneth Paltrow was there and we were dressed up in '70s disco outfits, so that definitely made up for all of our time unspent."

Take a look at our full interview with the Glee stars above to find out what it was like to have Heather Morris back in the choir room, and Michele's thoughts on the debut of her very first album, "Louder."

Glee airs tonight at 8 p.m. on Fox.
