Hollywood Hair Update: Charlie Hunnam Shaves His Beard, Nicole Richie Gets a Cut, Jaimie Alexander is Back to Brunette

Hollwood gets a haircut!

There must be something in the water, because it seems like all of Hollywood went to the salon and got a haircut on the same day.

Just the other day Andrew Garfield got a buzz cut, and then yesterday Emma Stone debuted her new bangs on the red carpet. But there are even more Hollywood haircuts to size up.

First is Charlie Hunnam, who recently ditched his beard in favor of a smoother style. The 33-year-old Sons of Anarchy star was known for his grizzled look as the character of Jax Teller, and he but now he's clearly going for something much more polished.

Then there's Nicole Richie, who recently dyed her tresses purple earlier this spring, but she's continuing to keep her look fresh, sporting a newly-cropped bob. 

Nicole often wears her hair slicked back and pulled taut at the nape of her neck, but she went for a more relaxed style at the Baby2Baby Mother's Day Play Date sponsored by Tiny Prints in Los Angeles Thursday, pairing her lilac hair with a peach-colored slip dress.

Celebrity hairstylist Jen Atkin posted a pic of Nicole's new cut on Instagram with the caption: "Just Chopped! @nicolerichie designer, fashion icon, & champion strawberry grower." We love this look on the 32-year-old "cool mom."  Side note: Who knew Nicole was such an avid strawberry grower?! 

And last but not least in the hair update department is Jaimie Alexander.

The 30-year-old Thor actress debuted her new blonde locks just a few weeks ago, posting a pic of her with bleach blonde hair on Instagram, writing: "Big love to my beautifully talented friend @TraceyColorist #platinum."

But now she's already back to brunette. Jaimie was spotted out and about in Beverly Hills Thursday afternoon, wearing a cream-colored jacket and clearly having ditched her formerly-blonde tresses.
