The 2014 Environmental Media Association Awards are just around the corner, and more nominees for the annual event have been revealed!

The 24th annual EMA Awards are slated to take place on Oct. 18 and mark the 25th anniversary of the association being created.

"We are incredibly proud of the relationships we've built with the environmental and entertainment communities over the past 25 years," EMA president Debbie Levin explained in a statement.

"As we begin the celebration of EMA's quarter century, it's exciting and inspiring to see the evolution of how media has expanded and that our creative voices are more powerful than ever. With so much content available, the ability to motivate globally through our medium is immediate and our most valuable tool."

Three shows have been named as contenders for the annual EMA Digital Video Award—which is presented by Participant Media's digital mag and social action platform TakePartOn Begley Street, Science Fair Nightmare and Should We All Be Eating Bugs?

The awards ceremony will surely be filled with a who's who of Hollywood.

In fact, last year several famous faces were on hand to honor those who have been leading the effort in environmental causes.

Matt Damon, Hayden Panettiere, Darren Criss, Lance Bass and more were in attendance on the big night.
